Working Modalities

Contract :

Contract will commence on execution of an agreement covering the aspects of duration, wages and terms and conditions. Initial contract will be for a minimum of 1 year, extendable by mutual consent.

Mode of Billing and Payment :

Bills will be raised on a monthly basis. Bill for the concluded month will be raised by us on 1st of the ensuing month and payment must be made on or before 15th of the month.

Uniform and Accoutrements :

Uniform will be provided by us on initial deployment and replacement of items when due. Client must cater for stationary, torches, locks and other peripherals that are required on site for effective functioning of the Security staff.

Shifts, Rotation and Relief :

Saikor Security recommends three shifts for all our staff deployed on ground. Suggested timings are as under:-

• A Shift : 0600 to 1400 hours

• B Shift : 1400 to 2200 hours

• C Shift : 2200 to 0600 hours

The shift system suggested above will automatically take care of holidays and reliefs.

To ensure that our staff does not get excessively familiar with the employees and staff at the Client’s end, regular system of rotation will be resorted to on approval by the clients.

Accommodation :

Dormitory accommodation and messing on subsidized rates will be provided to our staff hailing from out stations (The distance from our location to the client’s site will dictates the possibility of providing the accommodation).

Discipline :

We undertake to continuously monitor and supervise the working of our staff .Dereliction of duties by our staff on grounds related to absence from duty, negligence in performing assigned duties and misconduct of any nature will be addressed by us on priority and defaulters replaced within 24 hours.
